Along with making and teaching art, I have started a modest art collection.

Shepard Fairey print

This artwork I am most excited about. Shepard Fairey is a very successful, current, American artist who is producing art today. It’s really hard to purchase his prints because of their affordability. They go up for sale and are sold out in seconds. I have tried many times to purchase one and have only been successful once. This will be one I hand down to my children.

Leslie Cope

Leslie Cope was a British born artist who was internationally known with works in the collections of Met in NY, Smithsonian Art Museum in Washington DC, among many others. Leslie ended his career in Roseville, Ohio where he moved to design ceramics. Roseville is very close to my hometown of Zanesville, Ohio, and was a local hero artist to all of us young art students while I was growing up. I am really excited to own a few of his prints.
